Hold a fundraising house party!
House parties are great ways for people to meet filmmakers (us!) in person, ask questions, get sneak previews of works-in-progress and donate directly to a film. If you have a house and a list of potential donor friends you can invite, we can send you an easy organizing kit. We'll come over, make a short presentation, show some clips from the film and pass the hat. We can travel most anywhere.

Help spread the word!
Post a link to this Website on your Website/blog/Myspace/Facebook/etc. page. Do an interview with us about the film and publish it. Have us call in to your radio show for an interview. Send our fundraising pitch to your entire email list, encouraging everyone to check the site out and donate if they can.

Get your group involved!
Are you involved in an environmental, animal welfare or social justice-related organization that might be interested in the general topic of the movie? (Without endorsing the tactics of course!) Print a short announcement about the film in your newsletter, place a link on your group's Website or invite us to one of your meetings to give a presentation and lead a discussion.

Help with grant writing!
There are not many documentary film grants out there, but there are a few and we could sure use help applying for them.

Design the Website!
The site you're reading now was put up because we needed a quick online presence. We would really like to have a more professional site, but with fundraising and editing in full-swing, we don't have the time. Are you a good designer? Drop us a line and we'll work something out!

Help with graphic design!
We need a catchy logo, titles, letterhead, business cards, t-shirts and so on. Have good design skills and want to be part of a great project? Contact us!

Donate some gear!
We need the following equipment for the editing process: MacBook Pro, 17-inch, Wish list Sound equipment

Become a post-production intern!
We have a variety of small tasks that we could sure use help with! Things like helping put together a bulk mailing, copying and assembling house party info packets, doing some transcribing of interview footage and lots more. This will be sporadic work, so would only be practical for someone in Northern California. We are only 4 hours from the Bay Area, so you could even come up for a weekend now and then to help.

Provide in-kind support!
In the next 4 months or so, we'll be traveling frequently and working on the edit. When we're away or busy, we'll need someone to water our gardens and feed our pets. We also have the usual to-do list of things like car repairs, maintenance on our homesteads, computer trouble-shooting and so on. If you want to help, but can't donate cash, there are many other ways that you can support our efforts.
